I’d like to ask you something and I hope you’re willing to share.
I believe one of my strengths as a coach is helping someone find a “next step” on their path to achieving their goals.
Some of that comes from my dad – he was a really good physical therapist and he’d often talk about work at home or just point out how people move.
(You can’t turn it off…)
Some of it comes from my own background of injuries and ever-changing goals.
Some of it comes from the hundreds of people I’ve coached over the past few years – including multiple people who never thought they ever had a shot at reaching their goals.
And while I definitely don’t have all the answers…
I think I’m pretty good at helping someone find a point of action they can take to start making progress.
So my question is…
If I could snap my fingers and solve ONE problem for you…
What would it be?
What’s the thing that’s currently holding you back from progress?
Consistency? Speed work? Time? Fueling? Hydration? Something else?
It can be literally anything.
