This is the first phase of a 3-phase strength program for runners who are interested in getting stronger, but who aren’t quite sure how to begin. If that’s you, then this should help you to establish a decent strength training routine.
Running Stronger
This program is for runners who want to get stronger without compromising their running performance. While non-runners can follow it as well and see great results, the primary goal of the program is to help improve strength without compromising race goals.
